Job Purpose:

• Develop studies of new products, redesign existing products, and perform research and testing on product concepts.
   

Responsibilities:

• Design, analysis, modeling, simulation, and development of appliance devices.
• Study/innovate adding new features to current products in light of marketing analysis.
• Develop analysis of costs to produce new product lines and needed machinery and technology to produce.
• Research market best technology practices and study application feasibility.
• Collaborate with the design team in technology deployment.
• Study current applied technology in similar companies, both internal and external, and apply lessons learned.
• Coordinate with the planning team to arrange for producing prototypes and needed materials.
• Study cost-saving initiatives through studying cost-saving design amendments.
• maintaining technical specs and product performance.
• Assist, facilitate, and deliver technical support and training for various.
• operations teams to increase technical awareness.
• Participate in troubleshooting production issues related to design and technical office to avoid delaying production.
• Follow up on quality feedback on produced prototypes and resolve issues.
