Job Description
- Assist in managing day-to-day banking operations, including cash management, payments, and receipts.
- Monitor bank account balances and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Execute payments to vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and managing liquidity to meet operational needs.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to establish and maintain banking relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to treasury activities.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Support the Treasury Manager in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a banking environment.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in treasury operations or banking is preferred but not required.
