Job Description
- Responsible for projects located in the same area and reports to the Direct Manager
- Develop monthly report including all necessary analyses
- Inspection once per week and do monthly staff meetings
- Hold monthly meetings with clients and handle all HR issues including transfers, overtime, promotions, adjustments, missions, etc.
- Inspect equipment regularly and follow-up with the technician all repairs needed
- Do monthly stock orders and make sure that ISO files are kept up to date
- Manage disciplinary action against staff who breach the rules
- Develop and monitor monthly leave schedules
- Monitor absenteeism and sick leave
- Monitor resignations and turnover
- Solve wage queries and give feedback to staff
- Follow up with staff medical queries
- Check and deliver invoices if needed
- Follow up with monthly payments when needed
- Handle pest control service and manage coordination with the sub-contractor
- Handle landscaping service and manage coordination with the sub-contractor
- Allocating staff according to operational requirements
- Develop work and action plans
- Review annual leave schedules
- Monitor applying health and safety procedures
- Handle renewals of contracts with clients and sub-contractors
Job Requirements
- 0 – 1 year of experience.
- Microsoft Office.
- Computer skills.
- Fresh graduates from Tourism & Hotel's graduates are preferable.
- Excellent English.
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
