Job Description
- Create and follow Purchase orders from different sources.
- Following purchase orders payment, physical goods receiving, storing, legalization, documentation and data entry in different Work systems and applications.
- Manage and follow damage stock and needed repairs.
- Distributing stock to all sales department as needed.
- Making valuable deals with different services providers (Shipping agencies, transportation companies, insurance companies, etc...).
- Provide administrative assistance and support for the execution of the Action Sales Programs of the Sales Team.
- Following and fulfilling different sales department reservations lists.
- Efficiently manage the flow of orders and deliveries of/to customers.
- Help and direct employees of logistics department in all work matters.
- Provide day-to-day support to accounts with regard to merchandising needs, support materials and return.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
- Excellent computer skills.
- Fluent in English.
