We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to process inbound and outbound calls remotely.
Market: US and CA.
Vertical: Insurance.
You will perform various administrative tasks, including answering calls and scheduling meetings. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound call traffic to qualify leads and make live transfers
- Qualify prospects
- Resolve client queries
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Compensation and Benefits:
- $2.84 USD/hour + up to $500 USD bonus/month
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- CPU: min 4000 score AMD/i5 6th generation or higher with min 8 GB RAM, Windows 10/11
- Ability to work 8/9-hour shifts 5d/week in EST. Shifts between 9am - 9pm EST.
- Great command of the English Language
- Ability to handle objections, utilize persuasive skills - easy with small talks
- Ability to thrive in fast pace virtual platform
