Job Description

Parts sales executive's main role is to sell parts, and accessories and to advise the individual or corporate customers on the purchase of parts and accessories that accurately meets their needs and achieves a high rate of customer satisfaction while maintaining a high sales and profit volume.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a company representative in handling and solving customers’ problems and inquiries according to his designated authorities.
  • Be suitably attired with a friendly and helpful approach towards the customer.
  • Collect market data on competitive product innovations, price changes, sales promotions, catalogs, and advertising for personal sales effectiveness and corporate market intelligence.
  • Collect market data to help in identifying market direction, tendencies, and needs to reduce lost sales.
  • Deliver and pick up parts for customers, other workshops, or departments.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity to help increase sales opportunities.
  • Follow-up for collection of payment.
  • Handel key customers’ monthly orders and follow up on their back orders to maintain desired satisfaction level.
  • Handles customer complaints and informs his supervisor.
  • Keep on going effort to create new sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels with existing customers.
  • Keeps informed about technical and parts matters through the latest parts sales information and catalogs.

Job Requirements


  • Any Bachelor Degree Graduate
  • Driving license is a must
  • Maximum age is 28
  • Minimum from 1-3 Years of Experience in Parts Sales or maximum 1-2 years of other Sales Experience
  • Ability to search parts numbers or to use the computer and standard catalogs.
  • Knowledgeable in general office equipment.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with warehouse management and operations
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable in a growth target-driven environment.
  • Well organized, independent, and with a good sense of planning.
  • Proven experience in territory development, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Must have good interpersonal & leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English written and spoken.
  • highly motivated; manner and appearance; reliable.
