Job Description

Achieving the highest percentage of profitability and return on investment for the company by designing an annual marketing plan, creating marketing strategies for the company, and reviewing them every month, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually until the plan is achieved. The marketing plan includes several basic axes, the purpose of which is to set goals, a sales and marketing budget, and develop strategies to achieve the plan, including marketing, sales, and operating expenses.

Develop an estimated plan for the management and operations accounts of selling and marketing expenses SWOT analysis of competitors' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats Extracting accounts of profits, expenses, and distributable cash before deducting taxes Reviewing the implementation of the plan monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually Preparing for the launch of new products, preparing their strategies and advertising methods, and conducting the necessary training for the company’s sales and marketing team Visiting influential doctors, working with them directly, and developing customized programs for them, including attending local or international scientific conferences, in order to increase their loyalty to the company and speak in favor of the company for the doctors who follow them and follow in their footsteps.
