Job Description
- Oversee the implementation process of the assigned tasks in terms of technical specifications and time schedule of the project. And provide recommendations to overcome delays if any
- Set all the arrangements for sub-contractors to ensure the completion of assigned tasks
- Commitment to maintain the optimum utilization for project resources and assets ( machinery - scaffolding - vehicles - tools - etc. )
- Manage and distribute daily tasks to site team (Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, etc... )
- Ensure that the implemented tasks are complying with the projects' technical specifications and quality standards
- Prepare the implementation plan records
- Assess and resolve any problems that may arise during the implementation process within his scope
- Identifying any Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting issue within implementation process
- Coordinate between the Site Team and the Technical Office Team both respective
- Conduct regular inspections and evaluations for the work implemented by each subcontractor
- Responsible for coordinating the receipt process of tasks executed but sub contractors with the Quality Control Team
- Monitor the work progress report issuance on a daily basis
- Conduct regular inspection on the materials to insure that they are complying to the contracts' needs & standards
- Review & identify the pending tasks on the subcontractors
- Conduct interviews with new subcontractors and then cascade them to Contracts department if eligible
- Prepare the Warehouse release requests
- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct manager to follow up the work and solve problems
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in Civil/Architecture Engineering
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
- Project management and supervision skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- License of professional engineer
