Job Summary: The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that align with the company’s objectives. This role involves sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in both technical and non-technical procurement within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Procurement:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers of construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Conduct technical assessments of bids and proposals to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with the project director and engineers to determine material requirements and specifications.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Non-Technical Procurement:

• Oversee the procurement of non-technical services, including facility management, security, and administrative services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with service providers and vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage procurement budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.

General Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and industry trends.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
