N AL-Nasser Factory in KOUM-OSHIM Require Experienced Fashion designer 

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Fashion Designer with strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing commercially viable collections, ensuring designs are production-ready, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to take concepts from sketch to Packing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original fashion designs for seasonal collections, considering current trends, target markets, and brand aesthetics.
• Produce technical sketches, mood boards, and color palettes.
• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments aligned with design concepts.
• Work closely with the production and pattern-making teams to ensure design feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
• Review and approve prototypes, making necessary design adjustments based on fit, construction, and feedback.
• Ensure production specs are accurate and ready for mass manufacturing.
• Conduct trend research and market analysis to inspire design direction.
• Attend fashion shows, fabric trade fairs, and design expos as needed.
• Coordinate with merchandisers, suppliers, and manufacturers for timely sample development and production.
• Participate in fittings, fabric sourcing, and quality check
