Job Description
- Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies across all store locations.
- Design eye-catching window and in-store displays to attract and engage customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote key items and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor product positioning, stock levels, and store layout to ensure optimal visual appeal.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor activities to maintain a fresh, on-brand image.
- Train and guide store teams on VM standards and guidelines.
- Ensure all displays are regularly refreshed, clean, and well-maintained.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong sense of fashion, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple store displays.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in visual design tools is a plus (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp).
- Flexibility to travel between store locations when required
