Skills And Tools:
- Analyze data and create reports to deliver to top management.
- Responsibility for handling the agendas with appointments, bookings and coordination.
- Prepare and administer meetings, workshops, events and video conferences.
- Responsibility for organizing business travel “travel bookings, arrangements of train tickets, car hire, accommodation and visas.
- Ability to provide reports and make power point presentations.
- Handle expense reports
- Create and maintain files and records for historical and informational reference soft or hard copies
- Keeping records and conducting internal and external documentation (accounting documents and e-mail)
- Act as stand-in for other management assistants as needed
- Assist when needed in specific topics like for example other management team members coming from abroad (as some travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, practical workplace assistance)
- Preparing documents (official letters, orders, decisions, correspondence) presentations, reports.
- Supporting for external and internal audits
- Supporting in booking meeting rooms and taking care of their equipment
- Coordinating meetings and working time of INOPS Head
- Prepare documents for external or internal communications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field,
- 2-6 years of experience of international environment as a Management/ Executive Assistant with solid experience from supporting senior leaders.
- Experience of professionally managing highly confidential information.
- Experience in handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular & MS Teams …etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and have an eye for details
- Fluent in English
- Great active listening skills
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting abilities
