Job Description
- Receiving cash and cheques from customers and collection reps.
- Preparing related cash or cheque receipts.
- Record cash and cheque accounting entries on the ERP Odoo system.
- Disbursement of cash to suppliers or any other related party whenever required.
- Preparing bank transfers to suppliers or any other related party.
- Preparing cheques for suppliers or any other related party.
- Preparing cash, cheques, and bank transfers payment vouchers.
- Record cash, cheques, and bank transfers accounting entries on the ERP Odoo system.
- Responsible for having supporting documents for all cash, cheques, or bank transfer payment vouchers.
- Responsible for documents filing for all cash and bank transactions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/related field is a must.
- 3-4 years of extensive experience as Main Cashier.
- Thorough understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
- Good command of the English language.
- ERP experience (preferably Odoo).
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
- High level of efficiency and accuracy and self-motivation.
- Attention to details and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
