Job Description
- Establishing a quality management system according to ISO 9001/2015 standard.
- Follow up implementation of Q.M.S to ensure all requirements of ISO 9001/2015 standard are implemented effectively.
- Monitoring Quality documents control, internal quality audits plan.
- Improve and develop Q.M.S continuously.
- Continuous awareness for all employees for ISO 9001/2015 standard and its new versions.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in co-operation with related divisions.
- Follow up issues for any non-conformity.
- Upgrading the Internal Q.S Auditors level.
- Analyze the quality data collected and create the relative charts and graphs.
- Reporting the result of internal quality audit before the Management Review Meeting.
- Preparation and follow up the result of the Management Review Meeting.
- Perform the internal auditing cycle start to end,based on policies & procedures
- Perform ongoing audit for the operations function for quality assurance purpose
Job Requirements
- Ability to define problems, collect data,establish facts, draw valid conclusions and provide solutions.
- Interprets a variety of technical information.
- Experience with manual testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and precise attention to detail.
- Position Relationship with Other Parties.
- Support Function Departments.
- Education Bachelor of a relevant filed
- Experience 3- 7 years
- Computer Skills Basic using for Microsoft office
- Languages Excellent English language
