Meet guests with a warm welcome upon arrival and provide personalized escort and assistance.
Greet and assist at airports, facilitate their arrival/departure process, and reiterate the itinerary.
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations for tours and travel coordination.
Monitor the safety and security of members within tour groups.
Provide tour briefs to tour groups.
Respond to emergencies and unexpected situations during tours.
Respond to tour groups' complaints.
Provide feedback from tour groups to the operations department.
Coordinate with the operations department regarding safety, disaster recovery, and evacuation procedures.
Coordinate accommodation, flights, and transportation for outbound travel groups.
Address travel queries of tour groups.
Coordinate the travel logistics for assigned tours and events.
Escorts tourist groups from Airport to Hotels and vice versa and facilitates hotel’s process of Check-in/out.
Accompany tourists on some excursions/ travels.
Pre-arrange visits to restaurants and monuments.
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations for tours and full travel coordination.
Give information on logistic arrangements.
Work in tandem with Tour Operators to achieve a successful trip.
Review feedback from tour groups on tour services.

Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, business administration, or related field.
1 to 2 years of Experience in the same position
Knowledge of popular tourist destinations in the area.
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Connections with local businesses and attractions.
Professional training in Traveling and Tourism will be preferred.
Excellent Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs, currencies, and rules.
