Job Description

  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Organizing meetings and meeting points
  • taking meeting points and sending mails to concerned parties
  • making presentations as needed
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative system

Job Requirements

  • Female (age from 25-35)
  • Presentable
  • 8 Working hours
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Excellent English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office

Job specifications:

  • Two days off Saturdays and Fridays
