Job Description
- Conducts presentations to introduce the products and engineering systems to clients.
- Suggests suitable technical and commercial propositions and products consistent with engineering systems and building purposes.
- Corresponds and meets periodically with current and newly introduced clients to identify collaboration prospects on applying products and engineering systems.
- Constructs reports about various sales functions. Analyses data about sales practices and proposes suggestions to enhance performance in the sales function.
- Supervises the conduction of engineering tasks within the sales department. Monitors the technical aspects of the tasks assigned to Sales Representatives.
- Conducts research to identify avenues of enhancement of both sales and profitability of products.
- Collaborates with the executive management on the enhancement of team members' proficiency in technical practices.
- Constructs Bill of Quantities [BOQ] of specific products compliant with the specifications of mechanical systems; Estimates the cost of both products and services relevant to the construction of specific building systems.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Knowledge of the application of specific concepts of design to construct components of mechanical systems.
- Competent at verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
- Competent at the analysis of information about the application of the product.
