Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and record supplier invoices in the accounting system
- Match invoices with the purchase’s orders and delivery notes.
- Prepare accounts payable ageing reports.
- Follow up on supplier payments according to payment terms
- Communicate with suppliers and reconcile account balance regularly
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Construction industry as an AP Accountant.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a good knowledge in MS-ERP-Invoicing and payment system.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
