Job Description

-  Coordinate between project drawings before & during the building process.
-  Review of survey sheets, and shop drawings for all finishing & landscape items.
-  Pricing & Preparation of Bid Documents (cost analysis) and technical specifications proposals 
- Extracting quantities from drawings for bidding and tendering.
- Provide Quantity survey for progress and update final QS based upon actual progress data.
- Prepare monthly invoices.
- Variations analysis & estimate costs of delay as required 
- Preparation of contracts for sub-contractor & Processing of contract documents.
- Perform the necessary communications to facilitate negotiation meetings.
- Development of contract documents, including tender documents.
- Management of claims and Coordination of contract execution.
- Monitor contract & Develop and administer all contract documents from the tender process through to contract closeout including variations and issue resolution for design, construction and other project related contracts.
- Processing requirements for materials & Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Evaluate supplier/sub-contractor quotations and prepare quotation comparisons, Monitor on a daily basis Contractor progress, including materials delivered, materials installed, labor resources employed, equipment resources utilized, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering .
  • 15 - 20 years of experience as Technical Office, min 10 years as Manager in Head Office (able to manage all technical functions for all the company projects in parallel.
  • Extensive experience in Technical Office departments - Civil, Arch. MEP - include (but not be limited to) Shop drawing, QS, Invoices, Tendering, Procurement, contractual, Planning & Coordination between them.
  • Extensive experience in operations, design, engineering, site works, construction/site. management, project evaluation and technical office management.
  • Strong track record of successfully completed projects of all types and sizes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent business, and technical writing.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Capable of leading teams and managing conflicts.
  • Strong client/stakeholder management skills.
  • Capable of managing cross functional teams and multiple projects.
  • Capable of reading drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent English Language.
  • Excellent MS Office.
  • Excellent experience (AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera .... etc.).
