Our company is working now on a community management solution for companies, syndicates, universities, and schools.
We are looking for an Extraordinary "B2B Telesales Representative" to join our team with the following responsibilities:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options, generating leads, target identification, and classification.
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
- Initiating outbound calls and explaining the company services to the clients
- Follow up with clients.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Achieving company Monthly/Yearly sales targets.
- Studying both competition and market very well.
- Generating new leads from both personal and company leads.
- Providing daily and monthly reports to sales manager.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 Years of previous experience in B2B Telesales is a must.
- Perfect communication skills and phone etiquette are necessary for the job.
- Computer literacy, competent user of MS Office, and other various software.
- Ability to maintain performance goals.
- Good English skills.
