For immediate hiring, Sales Area Manager is required for a leading manufacturing company located in Smart Village
The Sales Area Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated region, focusing on lead and tender follow-up, offer submission, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the market to maintain and grow the company’s market share while building and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively follow up on sales leads and inquiries within the assigned territory.
• Track and prioritize leads to maximizing conversion rates and ensure timely engagement.
• Review and respond to tenders and RFQs (Requests for Quotation) in alignment with company pricing strategies.
• Prepare and submit competitive offers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics to achieve defined objectives.
• Conduct market analysis to understand competitor activity and industry trends.
• Propose strategies to maintain and increase the company’s market share within the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Regularly report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Job Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in an area management role.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Strong analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong selling, communication and negotiation skills with proven success in client interactions.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, preferably MBA holder
