Job Description

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for the construction and renovation industry? Are you adept at building strong client relationships and have a proven track record of success in the hotel sector? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

 

Cubic is a construction company that has been operating since 2012, specializing in a diverse range of projects in the hospitality, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business development representative to join our team who will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by expanding our client base within the hospitality industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential hotel clients for construction and renovation projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as hotel owners, managers, and procurement teams.
  • Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Collaborate with our design and project management teams to create proposals and project plans that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth handover to the project team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Attend industry events, and conferences to network and promote our services.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • A proven sales record specifically within the hospitality sector is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
