Cubic is a construction company that has been operating since 2012, specializing in a diverse range of projects in the hospitality, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business development representative to join our team who will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by expanding our client base within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential hotel clients for construction and renovation projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as hotel owners, managers, and procurement teams.
- Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Collaborate with our design and project management teams to create proposals and project plans that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth handover to the project team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Attend industry events, and conferences to network and promote our services.
Job Requirements

- A proven sales record specifically within the hospitality sector is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
