Job Description
- Coordinate production workflow for products
- Plan and prioritize operations
- Determine manpower, equipment, and materials needed to cover production demand
- Schedule shift according to production needs
- Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives, etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Collaborate with the production team, QC team, sales team, and other staff
