Job Description
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Plan and build system and network requirement for the new offices.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Identify IT inventory and new hardware requirement and manage the full process of purchasing.
- Monitor the health of the entire hosting environment.
- Offer support for the users through remote support tool, onsite support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience networks devices (Routers, switches and wifi ) , Firewalls/Load balancers and Sophos.
- high knowledge with various operating systems and platforms (Microsoft, Linux, elastix voip)
- Good experience with windows 2008 2012 2016 (AD, DHCP, DNS, Wsus , )
- Proven experience of VMware vsphere ESXi and Veem backup
- Proven experience of network cables, Panasonic PBX (basic knowledge)
- experience with CCTV systems.
- manage fingerprint communications and setup.
- Experience as a Hosting Support Specialist or similar role Cpanel , Gsuite and office 365.
- Experience using help desk software.
- Good experience of imaging and deployments software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
