Job Description

• Inventory all equipment catalogs, manuals, and drawings to be archived in an equipment library.
• Participate in developing maintenance plans.
• Inform maintenance teams of the due preventive activities day by day and report Preventive and corrective maintenance performance.
• Supervise maintenance activities executed by maintenance teams.
• Participate in standardizing internal processes for maintenance management.
• Track maintenance requests and assess the response time and report corrective maintenance monthly performance.
• Assess the breakdowns and report root cause reports.
• Coordinate with purchasing department in purchasing process and materials delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance teams to execute in-house developing projects.
• Track, supervise and inspect outsourced activities to develop delivery reports.
• Develop tender documents for outsourcing developing projects as per engineering standards.
