Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in reliability engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and be proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI. The role involves improving equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance strategies, and supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
Analyze equipment failure trends and lead root cause analysis (RCA).
Monitor and improve asset reliability using reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles.
Generate and interpret maintenance KPIs and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
Coordinate with operations and planning teams to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and documentation in CMMS systems.
Lead or support improvement projects such as TPM, 5S, and Lean initiatives.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
5 to 7 years of experience in maintenance engineering in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Solid understanding of Reliability Engineering concepts (MTBF, MTTR, FMEA, RCM).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level: pivot tables, charts, formulas).
Experience in Power BI (creating dashboards and visual reports).
Familiarity with CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in reliability (e.g., CMRP, CRE) is a strong plus.
Experience in implementing predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging).
