About the Position

Our rapidly growing team is looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and seamless collaboration across teams.

We’re looking for a skilled organizer and communicator with leadership abilities and Agile project management expertise.

You will be part of a team handling multiple simultaneous projects for various clients and internal 34ML products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, account managers, and clients.
• Organize and facilitate regular project meetings, such as kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Ensure accurate documentation for each project, including requirements, timelines, and outcomes.
• Monitor and report on project progress using Agile methodology.
• Drive accountability and ownership among team members while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere.
• Support quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
• Leverage tools and metrics (e.g., Gantt charts, velocity, cycle time) for improved tracking and productivity.
