What You'll Do:
- Be the Bridge: Work directly with clients to dive deep into their business processes, understanding their needs, and configuring Odoo ERP to meet those needs perfectly.
- Lead Transformations: Take charge of Odoo ERP implementations, overseeing data migration, system customization, and seamless integration with other tools.
- Empower Clients: Train clients on how to maximize the potential of Odoo ERP and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work alongside a dynamic team of developers, project managers, and other experts to deliver successful projects that exceed client expectations.

Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo implementation, where you've demonstrated your ability to lead projects and deliver results.
- Excel Wizardry: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including creating complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and insightful charts.
- Process Visualization: Experience with flowcharting tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar to document and visualize business processes.
- Documentation Skills: Strong ability to craft clear, comprehensive documentation, including process descriptions, user guides, and technical specs.
- Communication Guru: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Odoo Functional Certification.
- Experience with cloud hosting and deployment.
- Familiarity with Python and PostgreSQL.
