Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to clients (When Needed)
- Receive operation related calls/ inquiries
- CRM Data Entry
- Attend Events (When Needed)
- Reporting (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Annually and Closing)
- Operation Excellence with Clients and Team (PT, Rounds and Exam).
- Receive and Conciliate cash with the accountant.
Job Requirements
- A2-B1 English Level is Required.
- Heliopolis Residence is Preferred.
- Working days are 6 days from Saturday to Thursday (Friday is off).
- Working hours are from 2 PM till 10 PM.
