Job Description
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
- Conduct research and compile information to assist the CEO with decision-making and strategic planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection and catering.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports as needed.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks or commitments.
- Support special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5 to 7 years experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and adaptability.
