Job Description

  1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
  4. Conduct research and compile information to assist the CEO with decision-making and strategic planning.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  6. Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection and catering.
  7. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports as needed.
  8. Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks or commitments.
  9. Support special projects as assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 to 7  years experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and adaptability.
