Job Description
- Estimating costs, preparing and negotiating budgets for the production process
- Organizing workflow to meet required specifications and supervising setting deadlines for delivery.
- Production control and problem solving in the production process.
- Supervising the performance of all employees in the department.
- Determine the necessary resources such as the volume of labor, raw materials and all requirements of the production process.
- Supervising the maintenance work and purchasing the equipment required to operate the department.
- Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bsc Of Production Engineering Or Applied Art is Preferred
- 5:10 Years Of Experience In Same Field and Position
- Understanding of quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Ability to effectively evaluate performance helps improve production.
- Good understanding of determining the budget required to operate the department.
- Proficiency in communication and dealing with the work team and departments of other departments.
- Possess organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to follow the small details.
- Ability to make decisions to improve production processes.
