Job Description
We’re seeking a creative and data-savvy **social media & Content Creation Specialist** to amplify our brand’s online presence. You’ll craft compelling content, grow our audience, and drive engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
- Develop and execute a **content calendar** aligned with marketing goals.
- Create high-quality, platform-optimized content (videos, graphics, reels, blogs, etc.).
- Shoot/edit short-form video (TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts) and static visuals (Canva/Adobe Suite).
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all channels.
Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Grow and engage followers through **organic and paid strategies**.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates to maximize reach.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Run A/B tests on content formats and posting times.
Community & Analytics
- Respond to comments/DMs to foster community engagement.
- Track KPIs (engagement rate, follower growth, conversions) and report insights.
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Sprout Social.
Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaigns.
- Support live events, product launches, and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives
Job Requirements
✔ 2+ years in social media management/content creation (portfolio required).
✔ Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
✔ Experience with scheduling tools(Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
✔ Strong copywriting skills (captions, scripts, hashtag strategy).
✔ Basic understanding of paid social ads(Meta/Google Ads is a plus).
✔ Analytical mindset—can turn data into actionable optimizations.
✔ language: English (fluent, professional proficiency) required.
