Job Description
● Organize and supervise the activities of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of warehouse activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.
● Track all incoming and released products during the shift and perform various inventory counts as needed.
● Revise and ensure physical storing conditions of all items are set to be according to ideal storage procedures (Codes, Locations, Quantities, Cleaning and safety conditions).
● Revise matching between physical stocks and oracle stocks with zero deviations.
● Revise (receiving - storing - releasing) activities of items to meet the agreed schedules and ensure that FIFO standard is implemented to minimize and eliminate defects.
● Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to meet the international best practice.
● Monitor the adherence to the safety and environmental management procedures and controls.
● Prepare a set of reports timely and accurately to meet departmental requirements.
● Perform any related duties and assignments as directed.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
● Good Knowledge of ERP system, and MS Office proficiency.
● Excellent verbal and written English skills.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to input, retrieve and analyst data
