Job Description
- Approach new sales channels to reach customers' leads through referrals.
- Achieves sales targets within deadlines.
- Provides analysis reports on customer needs, problems, interests, to the direct manager.
- Stays up to date with sales market trends, best practices, and promotional trends.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to direct manager.
- Determine clients’ needs, preferences & financial abilities to propose suitable property.
- Conduct meetings or site visits with potential clients for better Project orientation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent user for CRM.
- Excellent Command of English is a must.
