Job Description
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals.
- Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Morasalaty.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and with the product development team to provide customer feedback and influence product enhancements.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and Morasalaty. Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms of service agreements.
- Sales Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team. Track sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance metrics using CRM software.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in "Software, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in “SaaS “software Industry, preferably within the B2B.
- Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer Focus: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technology Proficiency: Excellent in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to quickly learn new software tools and systems.
- Language: Fluent English (Written & Spoken)
