Job Description
Bright Design is now hiring sales manager for home care products (Melamine ) applications according to the following accountabilities:
- Have ability to establish sales team and department organization structure.
- P and L fully understanding and ability to open new channels for sales.
- Have market knowledge and power to distribute new products across the country areas.
- Aware by sales KPI’s and following results oriented.
- Solid Experience of achieve sales goals, motivation for sales rep. , territory management, strong presentation skills, performance management, building relationships, emphasizing excellence, negotiation, results driven, sales planning, manage profitability
- Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projects.
- Hire, motivate, evaluate and train Sales team for the Home care products .
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Home care products background is must
- at least 5 - 7 years experience in the sales field.
- High level of leadership skills
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
