We are looking for an experienced planning specialist, who cares about details and passionate about being a key player in achieving objectives. 

We are a dynamic and promissing business that consisting of more than 95 retail stores and 5 production lines and growing rapidly.

Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing the sale plan / requirements after its approval in terms of types of models, quantities, delivery dates, and others.
2. Receiving the original samples for the season for implementation, in addition to the initial samples of the models, all the technical information, sample data and specifications, and operating approval from the concerned departement, Included is the approved size chart that matches the initial sample.
3. Model analysis and follow-up of each of the pattern section to complete the required consumption and the work study section to know the timeline for each model and to provide a detailed report for the data of each model.
4. Develop a production plan in accordance with the agreed policy and procedures.
5. Calculating the materials to be purchased after making a BOM for each model and adding the materials consumption for manufacturing.
6. Reviewing raw materials inventory, making a list of deficiencies.
7. Issuance of purchase orders, Inspecting and approving purchases of raw materials before they enter the store.
8. Executing and following up the production plan.
