Job Description

  • Support CEO with all related admin work.
  • Assist in setting appointments and organizing Agenda.
  • Prepare excel sheets.
  • Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily.
  • Direct preparation of records such as agenda, minutes, and resolutions for meetings.
  • Handle and manage filing.
  • Prepare power point slides and small reports.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management.
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing communications.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant university degree.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Very Good Computer Skills as advanced Microsoft office user (Word Outlook – Excel and Power point).
  • Females only
  • Excellent Communication skills with different personalities.
  • Excellent Time Management skills.
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to have excellent time management.
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade.
