Job Description
- Follow up on the packaging plan and what has been implemented from it.
- Meeting the requirements of packing and packaging the products of export orders and fulfilling them in fulfillment of the demand.
- Preparing a report to study the production capacity of the packaging lines and presenting it to the planning supervisor.
- Conducting the experiment on a monthly basis and calculating the required packaging materials to achieve the plan
- Issuing purchase orders for the need for packaging materials to the Purchasing Department, taking into account the minimum quantities and duration of supply to the supplier according to the approved procurement protocol to achieve the sales plan.
- Follow up on what has been supplied of packing and packaging materials on a daily basis.
- Work closely with the Foreign/Local Procurement Department to ensure that packaging materials are available on time
- Follow-up of other departments (control in terms of import inspection - purchases in terms of issuing the supply order and commitment to the date of the required supply - stores in terms of entry, addition and confirmation - new products in terms of issuing a purchase order for packaging materials)
- Coordination with the work team in the Department of Packaging to determine production priorities according to sales needs and export requirements.
- Follow up the packaging plan weekly.
- Review the reports of planning specialists.
- Commitment to implement the procedures and instructions for occupational safety and health within the company.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any relevant major.
- Years of Experience: 2-4 Years
- Language: Excellent command of English.
- Computer: Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
