Job Description
- Manage Windows servers, including Domain Controller DC, DNS, DHCP, and File Server.
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Install and configure hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers, and CCTV systems.
- Create data backup and recovery solutions.
- Troubleshoot, install, and configure networks including LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, routers, and switches.
- Manage and configure IP telephone systems and cabling.
- Provide technical support for both local and remote users.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering (preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience.
- CCNA and MCSA certifications are preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Residents of Ismailia only.
