Farms Manager

• Participates in setting the company's annual strategic objectives and makes sure they are implemented.
• Prepares the annual budget and Business plan.
• Prepares the agricultural plan by identifying the necessary equipment, employment, transportation and agricultural inputs. Then, evaluates achievements while ensuring that costs are managed effectively.
• Periodically evaluate productivity and develop control, prevention, irrigation and fertilization (reproduction) programs to meet the needs of various agricultural programs.
• Engages with the R&D team in crop cultivation, proposes innovative ways to increase efficiency and productivity and proposes scientific solutions to address agricultural problems.
• Coordinates any improvements with third parties such as R&D, quality, finance and production.
• Aware of using new technology and the global standard of production acceptance.
• Responsible for developing the manual of operational policies and procedures, following up on its implementation and making the necessary proposals and recommendations for any improvements.
• Ensure that the Total Quality Management System is applied, and that the process guide is implemented so that the product reaches customers with the required specifications. Furthermore, ensures the integrity of documentation of sub-processes.
• Recommends the training needs of his team and follows up on the implementation of training and development plans for all of them.
• Develop the needed Manpower plan.
• Manages compost, seeds and supportive tools and materials.
• Collects data and manage information to build an integrated and comprehensive database.
• Manages old and new Projects 
• Works on continuous improvement of efficiency.
• Aware of the full agricultural cycle, from planning, preparation, implementation, follow-up and corrective action to harvesting including irrigation, reproduction, health, safety, environment pest control and supplies storage standards.
• Completes all planned objectives starting from the field preparation, fertilization till harvesting on time and according to schedules.
• Maintains excellent communication with all stakeholders.
• Manages the required maintenance according to the preset schedule (on the preventive and corrective levels).
• Full awareness of boreholes, roads networks, irrigation systems & stations, storage.
• Prepares periodic reports for direct and senior management.
• Manages, Coach & mentor, train and guide the team to ensure its efficiency, high performance and productivity.
