Mechanical maintenance supervisor (Diesel machines for trucks-Especially Mercedes)

Job description

-Technical and administrative management of the entire team of technicians located inside the maintenance center.
-Provide daily maintenance reports and follow up the work of technicians on a daily basis.
-The ability to teach and train new technicians.
-The ability to efficiently and accurately inspect cars to fully and correctly identify malfunctions.
-Provide accurate maintenance feedback and estimates such as (cost and time).
-Schedule future maintenance appointments and advise motorists on good use.
-Apply Occupational Health and safety procedures during work.
-Testing cars after maintenance to ensure the safety of the parts that have been serviced.
-Periodic inspection of cars to maintain the safety of the car and its driver.
-Follow-up on new technological developments in the field of car maintenance.
