Job Description
- Create a BRD that is sent to the development and testing team to be used as a referral while implementing the project
- Create wireframes for the project and add them to the BRD to simplify the work for the developing and testing team
- Update project wireframes upon new CRs to update the team with the new changes
- Create BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation) diagram to clarify the business workflow
- Create use cases diagrams to list the business actions and steps
- Implementing system configuration into the systems
- Gather requirements from clients to create business requirement documents for new projects or services
- Collect, analyze and document the project scope to be sent with the proposals
- Verify the output from the development team before sending it to the client
- Coordinate with clients regarding their comments about the system to document it
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
- 4+ years or more experience in Software Development and Business/System Analysis
- CBAP, BCS, or PMI-PBA certifications preferred
- Proven experience analyzing backend/frontend applications
- Wireframing Design tools experience/skills are required.
- Agile Scrum Methodology experience
- Business & IT strategy experience
- Excellent Documentation and specification skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, with customers, teams, and stakeholders
