Job Description
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
- Assessing staff performance and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.).
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of security activities, and staff management.
- Set the needed policies and procedures for all employee's services and monitor their implementation.
- Manage and follow up the employee's transportation and set the needed policies and procedures in this regard.
- Maintain good relations with all the governmental authorities to manage all the company activities in this regard.
- Support in the activities of personnel administrations and management in clouding the work time management activities.
- Monitoring the Safty policies implementation.
Job Requirements
- Working experience in 10th of Ramadan Area is recommended.
- 10 years of experience in administration roles at least.
- V. strong leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Bachelor Degree.
