Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer at Mosaic Design Corporation in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will provide technical support, engage with clients to offer tailored technical solutions, support the sales process from inquiry to delivery, and deliver excellent customer service daily. The role requires regular factory and workshop visits, as well as frequent travel, making it ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work and are open to relocation.

Job Requirements

Engineering background with sales experience, preferably in the mechanical or production departments.
Readiness to travel frequently and visit factories, industrial zones, and workshops.
hands-on work with clients from price quotation, and manufacturing to delivery.
Minimum 1 year experience in sales.
Strong communication skills.
Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
