Job Description

  • Responsible for sales and marketing strategy implementation, budgets, and non-financial targets, having the key responsibility for attracting customers and ensuring a highly professional relationship to the various decision’s makers within the customer’s organization.
  • Analyze activities related to marketing and develop sales plans to market product.
  • Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics using KPIs...
  • Developing general marketing strategies in line with the different business units, to ensure full alignment and solid branding
  • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to secure long-term partnerships and advocacy
  • Overseeing all pricing, competition management and activities alignment to ensure synergetic value between all products
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Conduct practical and realistic market and feasibility studies that support potential decisions to expand into potential new verticals or amend current operating model {production versus commission versus distribution}
  • Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal value chain.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Playing an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Developing and consolidating the company positioning model through establishing and sustaining effective management of all stakeholders and customer touchpoints
  • Follow-up to evaluate the performance of employees in the team, raise the performance of employees and improve their practical efficiency to ensure the optimal workflow and the existence of an alternative to perform various tasks.
  • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the team and identify areas of opportunity and appropriate steps to improve them
  • Prepare and qualify a second class of managers who can bear the consequences of their management with complete independence in the future
  • Ensure that the rest of the team members are informed of the performance of the company / sector and consult with them on how to raise performance on an ongoing basis
  • Carry out periodic meetings with the rest of the team to ensure compatibility and unify the vision
  • Work on the growth of functional cooperation and information flow systems required to link all the company's activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or relevant field, Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • A strong commercial background involving marketing, direct sales, sales, and channel management
