- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
- Participate in resolving high-severity issues in a timely manner.

- Follow up with ISP to assure service quality and stability.
Job Requirements
- Engineering or computer science bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication ability
- Organizational and time-management skills
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
