Planning Engineer - Team Leader (General Contracting)

Lead the Planning efforts in the project; delivering the following:

• Develop resource histogram, and perform resource leveling to meet the availability of resources.
• Monitor and control procurement and engineering progress schedule
• Review, develop the baseline schedule/recovery (if needed), and assign the project resources in detail as well as the costs & Cashflow.
• Integrate the different disciplines of the project in the schedule to meet each discipline’s requirements and constraints.
• Ensure that the subcontractor's performance is on track with the projects’ time frame or milestones.
• Propose the recommended recovery plans to complete the project schedule to ensure that critical issues and assumptions are covered.
