Logistics Coordinator CUM Warehouse

Dispatching and Driver Management:

• Coordinate and schedule cleaning service appointments and assignments for the drivers.
• Assign drivers to specific routes and tasks based on location and customer requirements.
• Ensure drivers have all necessary information, equipment, and supplies for their scheduled jobs.
• Oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, including regular maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and fuel consumption.
• Monitor and manage vehicle availability and utilization to optimize efficiency.

Warehouse Management,
 

• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout.
• Receive, store, and distribute cleaning materials and supplies promptly and accurately.
• Regularly inspect and maintain cleaning equipment for optimal performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Cleaning Materials and Supplies.
 

• Monitor the use of cleaning materials and supplies by cleaning staff.
• Ensure that the cleaning teams have access to all necessary supplies to complete their tasks.
• Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.

Punctuality and Team Availability.
 

• Keep track of cleaning team schedules and arrival times.
• Address any instances of lateness or scheduling conflicts promptly.
• Ensure that the cleaning teams are fully staffed and available for assigned duties.
• Implement measures to improve punctuality and maximize team availability.

Team Utilization.

• Regularly assess the workload and allocate cleaning teams to available assignments.
• Optimize team utilization to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate with team leads to manage work schedules effectively.

Communication with sales 

• Maintain open communication with the sales to understand client demands and special requests.
• Collaborate with sales  to address availability and adjust team assignments to meet client needs.

Documentation and Reporting.

• Maintain accurate records related to warehouse inventory, supply orders, team schedules, and client communications.
• Prepare regular reports on logistics operations, team utilization, and client incidents reports related to operations.
