About the Role:
Opal Estate Dubai is a fast-growing real estate company serving clients from Egypt who invest in Dubai’s property market. We're looking for an experienced and innovative AI Engineer to help us build and launch a voice-based AI assistant that can call leads, qualify them, and book appointments with our real estate agents.
This is a high-impact role with room to grow into a CTO-like position as the AI side of the business expands.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop an AI-powered voice assistant for outbound calling and appointment booking
* Integrate NLP (Natural Language Processing) and TTS/STT (Text-to-Speech / Speech-to-Text) systems
* Implement lead scoring and qualification logic based on call interactions
* Create user-friendly dashboards to monitor performance and call outcomes
* Ensure data privacy, quality, and compliance in all interactions
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align AI workflows with business goals
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
* Proven experience with NLP, LLMs, Speech AI, and Conversational AI platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, OpenAI API, Twilio, Whisper, etc.)
* Strong background in Python, machine learning, and AI model integration
* Experience working with CRM APIs, telephony APIs (Twilio, Agora, etc.), and cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.)
* Experience in deploying AI systems in production environments
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Bonus: Familiarity with real estate or sales automation use cases
